Loving and Supportive Parents

It is always but innate to every parent to think about the future and the welfare of his children. Kids do not just get to understand their parents’ decision and perspective in life but trust me; they only want nothing but the best of everything for each of them.

Parents work really hard to provide the financial needs of the whole family especially for their children. Sending the kids to the best schools needs budget particularly if they want to go to an exclusive school. Seeing to it that they get the best education until they earn a college degree is what all parents have in mind. Most of the time, they are sacrificing their own self just to provide the needs and wants of their children just to make them happy.

In reality, being a parent is a lifelong responsibility. Parenting is not like some kind of work wherein you can retire when you reach the retirement age; that is not the case with being parents though. Even if can no longer move a finger or your mind could not comprehend anymore, a parent will always be a parent until death.

Actually even until their last breath, parents would still think about their children’s family and their future. To ensure that their children can still enjoy a good life even without them, parents would usually talk to a lawyer for the possibility of creating a will. Lucky for those who knew texas last will and testament services for they can leave and execute the will easily.

It is such a blessing to have not just loving and supportive parents but also those who really work hard to provide for their family even in their absence.

Have You Heard Of These 8 Life Insurance Myths Before?

There are lots of myths involving life insurance. Most of the time it is because people just don’t understand as to what all they need and how much they must pay for life insurance. The technical aspects which involves life insurance is difficult for a lot of people. If you find yourself confused about a few things then you are for sure not alone. Part of the confusion comes from life insurance myths.

Have you heard of these life insurance myths before?

1. Coverage is not needed if I am single and I don’t have to worry about any dependents currently. Did you know that even single people should consider life insurance? You never know what might happen. You should have enough insurance that will help with covering funeral and medical bills or any other expenses that might not be paid. This way your family won’t have to worry about them.

2. One big myth is that life insurance must be twice the size of the annual salary people make. This myth is actually false. The reason why is because your life insurance will change in accordance to the situation that you might be in and there are many other factors that you must consider before you sign up to life insurance. Mortgages might need paying off along with medical bills. Things like that will cause your rate to change and so sometimes it’s good if you have life insurance that is twice the size of the annual salary you make but other times it is not needed.

3. I get term life insurance coverage from my job and that’s plenty for me. Sometimes that is plenty for some people but other times it is not. Single people might find that this is ideal for them but other people might need to get additional coverage depending on their situation.

4. All premiums are tax-deductible. In some cases this is true but in other cases it is not. It all depends on the policyholder and if the policyholder might be self-employed. If that is the case then the coverage can be used for asset protection which would go towards the owner of the business.

5. Everyone needs life insurance. Most people need life insurance but there are some people that might not need it. If you have a sizable asset or either if you might not have debt then something to consider would be self-insuring. Another reason as to why it might change is if funeral and all of your medical bills are paid off or either covered then this is when life insurance becomes optional for you.

6. The difference can be invested because it’s always smarter and better to invest and buy term coverage. This is not always the case. You will find that there is indeed a difference that is distinct between  permanent and term insurance. Term life insurance usually gets to be expensive as you start to age.

7. Breadwinners just need to buy life insurance.  Now, this one is just total nonsense and not true. It can cost a lot to replace the services that was provided by the homemaker that is deceased. Getting insurance that goes against losing the homemaker actually makes a lot of sense because it helps with being able to compensate for both child-care and the cost of cleaning.

8. A Universal Life Policy Is Better Than The Regular Universal Life Policy.  Most of the top universal policies end up having to pay for interest rates in a competitive way. A variety of universal life policies involve a lot of layers with fees that relate to both the security elements and insurance elements of the current policy.

Clearing Up All Confusion On Life Insurance Myths

These are just 8 of the myths which involve life insurance. You will find that there are lots more floating around out there. The thing is that life insurance should never leave you clear straight out of the budget that you have unless if you know for a fact that all of the assets you have might cover the expenses after you have passed away.

What to Look for When Taking out a Life Insurance Plan

Life insurance policies are incredibly beneficial to the people in your life. Even though no one wants to think about death, you need to be prepared for it and to ensure that your loved ones will be able to get on without worrying about money issues. In the event of your death, your family may not have enough money for funeral costs, let alone daily living expenses. Taking out a life insurance plan can save them some headaches in the future. Before taking out just any old plan you find, you need to know what to look for in a reputable company.

Use a Reputable Company

One of the first things you need to do is to use a reputable company for your insurance. While most companies are relatively secure, some of them might charge fees and hidden charges that can pile up. Worse yet, some companies will actually charge your loved one a fee in order to receive the money that is entitled to them. The best way to find a good company is to simply do your research and to ask around. Do not be afraid to ask friends and relatives about their own life insurance plans so that you can get an idea of what is popular.

Find Something Affordable

The last thing you want to do is to be paying monthly for a life insurance plan that is simply a burden to your budget. The plan you take out needs to fit into your monthly or annual budget so that it is not too expensive. You will find that this makes things easier for you without taking away from the security of knowing that you have a good life insurance policy. It is also important to note that normally the more money you put into a policy, the more your loved one will receive in the event of your death.

Hidden Fees and Charges

One thing you should be aware of are hidden fees and charges that the insurance company throws at you. These hidden fees normally do not get put into your policy and are simply there to make the company a profit. The best thing for you to do in order to avoid these charges is to ask the company to write up an annual bill so that you can see how much you owe and what percentage of that is actually going towards holding a policy with that particular insurance provider.

Taking out life insurance can be easy and incredibly worthwhile. Your employer might even provide this type of coverage, so make sure that you ask them before going to an independent company. You might also want to consider bundling insurance policies with your vehicle or home. Most of the time, these bundle insurance packages are a lot cheaper and will provide you with most of the insurance you need in the case of an emergency in the future at some point.

Simplifying Finances Through Credit Unions

I always believe in cooperation and how it works to bring the needed change to people’s lives. That is why ever since, I have been a member of local credit cooperatives and credit unions in our place. I m really convinced about their objectives of helping people save and invest their hard-earned money. Aside from the opportunity to help the whole community, being a member of credit unions allows everyone to get the needed funds for their personal projects at home and in the family.

Finance organizations like nh credit union is doing the right thing for all its members by simplifying their finances. It is like having a bank that thinks nothing but good things for all its members. This credit union allows its members to enjoy online advice, online check reorders, online calculator and many other online services. Members benefit also includes Rewards4U, Insurance, PlanPresciber for Medicare, discounts and more.

The most exciting part of being a member of any credit unions or credit cooperatives is the chance to apply for loans and pay it on installment basis with lower interest rate that is affordable for any average income earner. Credit unions also offer personalized service that is seldom experience with other financial institutions. And the biggest benefit that every member can take advantage of is the dividends earned and distributed to each member every year.

Shopping for Deals and Discounts

When Macky’s father (my brother) left to work overseas, he was put  under our care. My parents, hubby and I are doing our best to take care of Macky’s physical needs from his food, clothing and school necessities. As a stay-at-home mother and Aunt, I am the one responsible for the family’s finances. Budgeting for Macky’s supplies every month is a little challenging especially if my brother’s remittance falls below the needed amount.

To make ends meet, I would usually look for deals and discounts when shopping for our grocery needs at home. Buying in bundles is usually priced lower that is why, when doing the weekly grocery shopping I would look on the discounted items first before getting the regular – priced products. I am just thankful that Macky is not that demanding when it comes to the brand that he uses.

Discounted shoes I bought for Macky.
He is now very conscious with his physical appearance especially now that pimples are starting to show on his face. He would always request for a sachet of facial wash and a bottle of his favorite Axe cologne for men every time we do grocery shopping. Yes, that’s how vain this young boy is. We are somehow happy to note that he is taking care of his skin and seems very aware of his hygiene although he tends to forget his regimen at times (and this is where Daddy Nonoy and Tita Rovs came in).

Handling family finances is really challenging especially during emergency cases wherein there is a need to shell out big amount of money for unplanned expenses. Times like these stresses me out when it seems like the situation is a dead end for me. I am just thankful that in every challenge that comes along our way God always sends angels to rescue us. Positive outlook in life really helps a lot as it makes me focus on the solution rather than the problems at hand.

Our family has become even stronger and faithful because we know that trials are God’s way of refining us to be  better persons and He is definitely preparing us for a greater tomorrow. Thank you Lord for the divine providence and the great love you have shown on us through the presence of our loving family and friends.
