Earn Certification in the Apple Pro Apps ACT Program

The Apple Certified Trainer (ACT) program is a unique way to get involved with Apple’s products and services. Experienced professionals can become classroom training instructors and exam proctors in either IT or Pro Apps, depending on which they have earned certification and gained practical experience in. Earning the trainer version of the certification and attending a training session will turn you into a certified instructor and prepare you for work at any one of Apple’s authorized training centers located around the world.

A popular option, especially for those who have been working with professional applications for many years, is the Pro Apps ACT track. Completing this program will prepare individuals to teach the curriculum for any chosen Apple pro application, including iWork, Aperture 3, Motion 5, Final Cut Pro X, and Logic Pro 9. You will first need to master your chosen pro application by earning the associated certification(s), in order to increase your familiarity with the product and better prepare you to teach about it. It is also recommended that you enroll in the training course(s) associated with the software.

The trainer application process begins by submitting an ACT application online. Once it is approved, individuals will demonstrate their knowledge by taking part in a Train-the-Trainer (T3) session, which will give candidates the chance to improve presentation skills, acquire effective training techniques, and gain full expertise of the subject material. Each session includes role playing exercises, expert instruction from mentors, presentations and discussions, and peer/instructor feedback. At the end of the session will be a proctored trainer exam, which is included in the T3 tuition and must be passed successfully as the last step to becoming an ACT. Trainers are currently needed for all applications, so don’t hesitate to fill out an application and become a part of this unique program.

My Phone Duo QTV20i Dual Sim

As you can see this new phone belongs to Macky. He traded this to the MP5 he so wanted to get when he will become the Top 3 in class. I am not actually in favor of giving him cellular phone at the age of 11 but he talked to his Papa and have him agreed that this phone will serve as a birthday gift this coming December and at the same time reward for him being on the Top 3 because he is very certain about it.

His father gave in and I can't do anything about it since his Papa talked to me about buying Macky a new cellular phone. This unit is QTV20i Duo from myphone. Macky personally chose this brand because it is Philippine made and with dual sim. It has a bluetooth, radio and television.

Macky was so happy and proud about his new cellular phone and he said that he is more determined to get the highest honor in class. Thanks Papa Rollie for this gift.

Macky's Little Secret

I went to Macky's school yesterday afternoon to pay for his basketball uniform. I purposely went there late that afternoon thinking that we could go  home  together after  paying. I was a little late but hoping that he is still at their classroom  but when I inquired, I was told that he was at the nearby internet  shop.

Macky's classmates (Matthew and four other girls)  helped me look for him in the internet shop but we did not find him there. Matthew told me that Macky is playing online games after class almost everyday. Hmm...so that was Macky's little secret! We were wondering why was he very insistent on not wanting to be fetch from school. And I think now I know the reason why.

My father used to fetch him at school until last month wherein he declared that he wanted to go to school and go home from school all by himself. He said that he is already of age (11 years old, still a minor!) and knows how to take care of himself especially when crossing the road. We were hesitant at first but we understand that he wants a little independence so we agreed.

But after hearing what Matthew said, I am trying to reconsider things. I told my mother about it and she decided to cut off  Macky's daily allowance from P50 to P30. Macky denied about it saying that he is only playing during weekends wherein he was permitted to do so. By the way, Macky's internet schedule is every weekends only.
