Sitting in the middle is Macky's father who is an OFW in Brunei. Eating out with some of his Filipino friends at work is one of my brother's favorite past time in Brunei. He is actually feeling a little homesick most of the time and he thought that bonding with friends is in a way helpful for him to cope up homesickness.
My brother told me that the hardest part of being an OFW is being away from your family, most especially your kids. If only he was given an opportunity here in our country, he would rather stay and be with Macky. He is already one year working in Brunei by April and we are all so excited to see him in his first annual vacation this June.
In our end, we are also happy to see that at least he is trying his very best to cope up and overcome the challenges in Brunei. We just pray that he will continue to be strong and be safe all the time.
At least naman he gets the time to unwind and relax a bit with friends. Alam ko na kung kanino nagmana si Macky, hehehe!

Oh, may brother ka din palang OFW. I hope he is doing fine there now. Sanayan lang naman ang pagiging OFW. Maswerte nga lang ako at pwede ako magbakasyon ng madalas. So di ko ganu ramdam yung home sickness. Minsan lang.
